Sharyland Plantation is South Texas’ most notable mixed-use master planned community, with over 6,000 acres of residential, commercial and retail space.

Sharyland Plantation, a creation of Hunt Valley Development, is one of the largest master planned developments on the Texas-Mexico border. There are currently more than 1,800 completed homes in Sharyland Plantation ranging in price from $200,000 to well over $2.0 million dollars.

The Class “A” Sharyland Business Park includes warehousing, distribution and service-related facilities for manufacturing-based companies in North America and Mexico. The park is home to some of the most established global companies and industry leaders including: Bissell, Corning, Sharp, Panasonic and Motorola.  The park contains over four million square feet of Class “A” space with 1,500 acres of expansion capability.

Kimco Realty Corporation, a real estate investment trust (REIT), owns and operates North Americaís largest portfolio of neighborhood and community shopping centers. As of December 31, 2009 the company owned interests in 1,478 retail properties comprising 152 million square feet of leasable space across 45 states, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico and South America. Publicly traded on the NYSE under the symbol KIM and included in the S&P 500 Index, the company has specialized in shopping center acquisitions, development and management for 50 years.


Drexel Realty Partners, Inc. was formed in early 2007 by Jimmy Grisham to acquire and develop shopping centers in the southeast and southwest United States.  Over the last twenty-five years, Mr. Grisham served in many leadership roles in such prominent organizations such as Trammell Crow Company, Centex, RM Crowe Company and P.O’B. Montgomery & Co.
